Walking Ready Stance
( gunnun junbi sogi)


This the same as a Walking Stance, however;

  • elbows should be bent 30 degrees, and
  • the distance between the fists and thigh is about 30 centimeters (for an adult)

To make sure the fists are in the right place make sure they are not above the umbilicus or below the lower abdomen.
